Care you want, Community we all need
The relief knowing you have a 24/7 staff of caring professionals who foster health and community each day.
As you are aware, the country is in the midst of experiencing an increase in the number of cases of Coronavirus, also known as COVID 19. In an abundance of caution, we are reaching out to each of you to request your help with a very important step in trying to prevent the spread of this virus. Please know the facility is following CDC Guidelines on prevention steps to take and is in contact with the local and state health department.
We are asking friends, families and resident representatives to help prevent the spread of the virus by doing the following:
Please refrain from visiting your loved ones and/or the facility.
We want to support each of you in staying in touch with your loved ones. If your loved one does not have a phone, or you are not able to reach your loved one, please reach out to Tammy at 801-732-5290, so that we can assist you in being able to speak with your loved one.
We do recognize how difficult it can be to not be able to visit those you love. We appreciate you working with us to take important measures to help protect our community.
Again, due to the Coronavirus our property has a restricted access. All of our visitors (Medical Providers) must check in the main building for an evaluation before gaining access.

CNA Training at Lotus Park
Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College and Weber School District CNA Courses are having their CNA clinical training pilot programs in Assisted Livings, at Lotus Park! Never before has such training been permitted at an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) until now!
These organizations and the State of Utah have chosen Lotus Park to be the first partners in helping develop the new state wide curriculum! Before this, students were limited to training in class rooms and long-term care facilities, never learning the true range of care needed in today's world. We are excited for the opportunity of this pilot program and welcome the chance to shape our future Care Givers.
